Refund Policy - CWPro Courses
Effective date: December 8, 2022
Non-Credit Micro-Credential Courses with a set start date are non-refundable unless a refund is initiated 7 days prior to the course commencement through the email contact method below.
On-demand asynchronous courses are non-refundable once begun. Refunds will be issued in the manner payment was received. Please be mindful of your course choices and commitment you are making when enrolling in a course.
Once coursework has begun, should you find yourself facing an emergency, severe health issue or crisis, you may petition for a refund assuming the course has not been completed. Proper documentation is required. These requests must be made in writing to [email protected] and the subject line should read: Refund Request for Extenuating Circumstances, you will need to provide details of the course you’ve paid for, when the payment was made and attach documentation to support your request. We are unable to refund credit card processing fees and may withhold an administrative fee. We also reserve the right to offer you the opportunity to take the course at a future date in lieu of a refund. (If you are taking a credit bearing course through CW you should reference the CW Refund policy pertaining to for-credit courses in the CW College Catalog.)
